For organizations
Stronger teams start with honest conversations.
Workshops, seminars and group debriefing for workplaces, in person or virtual, delivered by registered social workers and psychotherapists.

Why a registered clinician?
A trained clinician can make sense of the psychology, relationship dynamics, interpersonal stress and physical changes that drive mental health challenges, and can respond well when a topic hits close to home for someone in the room.
Seminar
A lecture. The speaker does most of the talking, with questions at the end. Participants can sit back and take it in. One Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker, whatever the group size.
Workshop
The same material, with activities so people practise skills, problem-solve and talk. One facilitator for every 10 to 12 people, so someone can step aside with anyone who needs a debrief without stopping the session.

Group support and debriefing
When something hits the whole team.
Distressing situations at work are unavoidable. Group support and debriefing is a short-term group intervention focused on an immediate crisis: an event that causes strong emotional reactions, like workplace violence, trauma, a sudden death, or a serious injury.
We help your people process their reactions together, learn what is normal after a major incident, and practise proactive ways of coping that protect your team's resilience.

Burnout
A crisis can change a workplace for good.
Any major stress response can permanently shift a team's culture and lead to burnout. Making space to acknowledge the impact builds emotional intelligence and resilience, and a commitment to one another as members of the same team.
